The Peace Bus from Jerusalem to the Gaza border

We are leaving from Jerusalem with a bus full of flowers and decorated with peace slogans for Gaza – It will not end until we lalk

On Friday the 18th of July at 9am we will be on our way delivering the message of solidarity and dialogue:. Stopping the war. Starting peace talks.

From inside the bus we will broadcast live the love for humanity by enabling conversations with Gaza citizens, calling for protests, poetry readings, all forms of art and spreading hope.

The night before – on Thursday the 17th of July, in the centre of Jerusalem the bus will be waiting all of us,. During the Combatants for Peace demonstration, you are invited to voice your thoughts, to bring flowers, to write letters and to decorate and fill the bus with flowers.

Here is how you can help: People who want peace, artists, musicians, poets – who ever is against violence and for dialogue – you are welcome to join the ride!

Do you have a message of peace? For bus and performance registration – please contact Amir amirhara@yahoo.com or Dorian levindorian@gmail.com Flowers, flowers, flowers! Please bring your bouquets on Thursday evening and help us decorate the Peace Bus (if you don't want to pick flowers there will be an origami workshop…)

The bus of peace is an initiative inspired by Abie Nathan "The voice of peace" which sailed with a boat full of flowers to Egypt, the ‘enemy’ that a few years later signed a peace treaty with Israel.
