The Mosques Bill, due to be considered today by the cabinet, is an anti-Muslim, anti-Arab and anti-democratic piece of legislation, intended to deny to twenty percent of Israel's citizens the free practice of their religion. Its initiators hypocritically and cynically claim to be concerned with 'the environment', just as anti-Semites in Europe claim to be 'concerned for animals' when they set out to ban kosher slaughter.
