תושבי ניעלין הכריזו על מאבק בלתי מתפשר בגדר. הפגנות יוצאות לכיוון הדחפורים שלוש עד ארבע פעמים בכל שבוע. במקרים רבים הצליחו המפגינים לעצור את העבודות.
